Next Meeting Date: November 23rd, 1:00 p.m. (second and fourth Wednesdays of the month)--day before Thanksgiving

New Items:

• Consistency with patron IDs for checkout/renewal (NM)
• Community Gas Grant for $2500 (sms)
• Be sure to put time off and sick on Kalendi (sms)
• Set date and time for in-charge walk through for new people (sms)  

Old Items:

• Stats: What do we have to keep, for whom and where? How can we simplify (md)?
• Overdrive contract ($5000 including some content) (km, nb)
• Additional staffing next year--think about it now (sms) 
• report on reorganizing public drive (NVB and MD)Suggestions: Can organize by format or subject. by Departments: Admin, public services (Adult, OA YA, J) TS, Branches, PR, FY05 to FY10 and then standard subdivsions: Forms, Procedures, Programs, Meetings, Letters, Archives
