Follow these instructions to set up Workflows to automatically print routing lists:



In the Serial Control, right click on the "Check In" wizard. Choose "Properties".


Be sure the box next to "Print Routing Lists for Received Issues" is checked.



Check the "Print routing lists without confirmation" box.

Click on the gadget tool next to "Receipt general fields".

Add "Date serial received" and "Title".

Click on the gadget tool next to "Receipt user fields".

Add "Name".

Click on the gadget tool next to "Receit footer".

Type "Please return to periodicals" in the string box.

Click "Add".

Type "desk with routing label still" in the string box.

Click "Add".

Type "attached" in the string box.

Click "Add".

Click "Save".


Click OK.





Click OK.


Then, from the menu, choose Preference-->Peripherals-->Receipt printer.
