• Windows in the building (all around)
• Study carrells
• Wireless internet access

Weaknesses:

• Concerns about not having enough cataloging work (still true?)
• Don't get to connect much with patrons
• Not many educational opportunities for staff

• Lack of consistent Sunday hours and shortened Friday and Saturday hours
• No air-conditioning
