• Meet patron needs to the best of my ability
• Leave the Circ. desk clean & ready for next shift when my shift ends
• Shelve all books ready for shelving
• Do spot shelf reading

WEEKLY:

• Complete one training requirement for Circ. Ass
• Complete one educational course – LibraryU or other
• Straighten Adult & Children’s music CDs

3-6 MONTHS:

• Shelf read all areas of the library at least once
• Do any needed shifting and update labels

ONGOING:

• Complete "truth in labelling" project library-wide by 8/1/08
• Give priority to training that directly impacts patron needs/satisfaction
• Continue to learn about our library and how it works
• Complete training plan by 5/1/08
• Pass Circ 101 test by 7/1/08
• Work with a buddy to establish individual training programs and keep brushed up
