When planning:
Be sure to check Happy Jack Calendar for availability dates. Place requests immediately. Submit request with the online request form. Only a few staff members are authorized to officially reserve the Large Meeting Room and Carroll Room. Library programs take precedence, but it's good form to work around existing meetings if possible.
Submit appropriate publicitiy/promotional information to the Outreach Coordinator.
Think about flyers and how to distribute them.
