Technical Services Supplies
For most processing supplies, the Processing Clerk should let you know when something is running low.
TS Supplies are mostly ordered from Demco. Boxes they come in, etc. should be labeled with an item number that you can use to find them on their website. You can also look at our "Order history" on their website to see what we've ordered in the past. Order at least $50 at a time from Demco to qualify for free shipping under our contract.
The primary exception is that the spine labels, item number LSL04, are ordered from Gaylord.
CD book cases (albums) and sleeves are ordered from Arcal, LLC. These are the same product sold by many of the library vendors, but much cheaper, even with shipping.
Office supply items, such as the address labels, stamps etc. are primarily ordered through Office Depot, and can be ordered with the help of the Administrative Assistant.
When you receive supplies, you'll need to keep a record of what you've received (the packing list..). The Administrative Services Manager will be sending the invoices to you to confirm what you got and say what fund to use to pay for them (usually Library Supplies).
