TSS Department Goals

• Assign goals for department and each staff member within
• Increase numerical productivity
• Improve quality of database
• Increase cooperation with Circulation (and other departments)
• Get a TV/VCR and cassette/CD player for TS to review items for repair.
• Access Points/Authority Control training for staff
• AV/Software cataloging training for staff
• Original cataloging training for staff
