Discussion items:

•  Do we still want to have the Sparkettes/Sierra Springs water or ask FOL to fund Staff Longevity Award and contribution towards holiday party. Vote.
•  Holiday decor (Christmas, Hanukkah, etc.) We have some decorations that need to be weeded and an     ASP could help with that. What type of decoration, if any, do we want to use? (NI/BJM)
• Binding machine (TC)
• Incident report form (TC)
• Staff room storage: What's up for all to use, what's for programming/board meetings. (BJM)
• Parties!! When to have our traditional holiday party? Other parties? Library of the future party?
• Godfrey's needs assessment recommendation

Safety training: Winter driving, keeping aisles clear and fire extinguishers unobstructed, reporting issues.
