Announcements: These should be brief. Remember that the daily email is intended to give people who learn best by reading, a heads up.

Discussion items:

• Staff Liaison (bjm/sms): Call for a committee to revise the structure (I wonder if perhaps rotating representatives to attend board meetings would be good. bjm)
• Ecards (tc): Do you like these? Should they continue? Do we want an annual birthday party?
• Overdue issue (dk): Items with holds or ILLs needing to be returned are not being returned when patron is notified that they may not renew.
• WLA 09 (bjm): Attending and volunteering
• Patron Privacy (mgrs.)
• Issuing Library Cards (jp):   people who work, shop, go to school 2 months of the year, or pay property taxes.
