• Admin procedures (sms)--CE Reimbursement guildeins through displays
• The Desk BJM did not get summary. sms will check. Test should be ready by end of week.

    • What is a desk coordinator? Senior circ staff person.
• Is the Book Bash @ the Park wage issue clear? If scheduled by supervisor, paid by library. If volunteer for other, non-library program tasks, paid for by foundation. People can volunteer to not be paid.

People can volunteer or can re-schedule that week.

• New ways to do all tasks (sms) Circ has changed procedures for lost and paid. using receipt printer to provide the information. on-line bill payment. Can we increase hours open? What about trying 10-5? Sundays year round? We have more FTE's per capita than most other Wyoming libraries. Merchandizing course talks about on to off desk hours--3 or 4 to one. Have people out in the stacks? DPL branches has lots of on desk time ,but didn't do collection development, etc. Central Library did it. HOw do other places do the jobs we're doing? Focus on patron.

• Phone calls when we're closed--may be moot since I sent an email
