Next Meeting Date:  Jan 13 2010 is the second Wednesday

Orientation (bjm) Create a binder that the employee brings each step of the way. How can we include the general knowledge kinds of things. (What have you had people say they didn't know?)

- We were supposed to reveiw document BJM gave us.  What have we concluded?

-Timing Carpet installation:  Getting formal bids to redo staff work and break room, office in that section, and the orange carept down the center of the building.  It can't all be done in one day.  One bidder suggests closing early on a Sunday to move furniture and prep, then installing on Monday from the entrance west.  Then on Tuesday installing from the west.  What do you think?  Can we operate while carpet is installed?  What would we need to do?
