Help!
For problems needing immediate resolution, please consult the emergency phone list. All phone problems should be directed to County IT.
If the problem is specific to your PC, always try restarting the affected program and then your PC before referring the issue to IT.
Problems with Workflows, VDX, Email (WorldClient) and WYLD/WSL websites are under the control of the State Library. These problems tend to be short-lived. If there is a problem with these, you might try them again in about 5 minutes. If they persist, you will need to contact the WYLD staff (wyldstaff@will , 1-800-264-1281)
To submit a problem to IT, email (itdepartment at co.albany.wy.us) or call County IT (5500 or 5501) and give them this information:
-The symptoms of the problem
-What is affected (which PCs, printers etc.)
-What you have tried to do to fix it
-Who is submitting the ticket (if you are using a shared email)

We had an issue a while back with printer continuing to print a accidental long job from a patron.. A solution for this problem is here along with other printer tips.
